AUTOLINEA AUTOPEÇAS LTDA. ("AUTOLINEA" or "Company") is a trademark for automotive products manufactured by the HÜBNER GROUP for the aftermarket, selling engine components such as: engine blocks, Cylinder Heads conventional and assembled, connecting rods, oil pumps, pistons, rings, liners, among other parts.

Since 1990 in the automotive aftermarket, we have developed a successful presence throughout Brazil's distribution network, as well as exporting to more than 30 countries on 5 continents. It is therefore a benchmark in its field for quality, tradition, solutions and products and for its global presence.

Therefore, in order to maintain the excellence of AUTOLINEAthis External Privacy Notice ("Notice") is intended to show how the Personal Data of our customers and the general public is collected, accessed, processed, stored, used, protected and shared.

As we are always seeking to improve our services and the way we operate, we periodically review our compliance with this Privacy Notice, informing our clients of any significant changes.

Having verified the purpose of this Notice, as well as the need to establish clear and precise information on the processing of Personal Data by AUTOLINEAthe definitions and technical terms contained in this document relating to privacy and data protection are provided below:

4. THE DATA PROVIDED FOR THE AUTOLINEA

A AUTOLINEA protects the privacy of its customers and the general public, so that any Personal Data provided will be treated with the highest level of care and security, and will only be used for the purposes set out in this document.

In this way, the Personal Data provided will only be used to enable the provision of services or the sale of products, as well as to fulfill obligations under specific laws or regulations. This data may include: full name, ID and CPF number, full address and contact details (telephone and e-mail).

b) AUTOLINEA requires partner companies, service providers and suppliers who process the Organizations' Personal Data to undertake to maintain the absolute secrecy of the information and Personal Data accessed, as well as to adopt the best practices for handling this information, as determined in the external policies and procedures.

10. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE OVER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated Personal Data;

• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of Personal Data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the provisions of the LGPD;

• Request the portability of Personal Data to another provider of a service or product, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority;

• Delete or anonymize Personal Data processed on the basis of your consent, except where the law authorizes the retention of such data on another basis;

• Obtain information on the possibility of not giving consent to the processing of your Personal Data and the consequences of such denial;

• Revoke your consent, as applicable;

• Submit a petition to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Users may exercise any other right provided for by law, even if not listed here. As an exception, it is possible that your request will not be answered, but if this happens, we will explain why. However, we would like to point out that this will only happen if there are legal grounds.
